xanax dosage with weed

So i have five 0.5 mg xanax pills and i plan on taking them and then smoking afterwards. My question is how much xanax should i take before i go smoke? i have ZERO tolerance to benzos, and i want to make these five pills last as long as possible so im trying to take as little as i can and still get good effects. will the weed potentiate the xanax at all, or should i just take a regular recreational dose? i weigh 135lbs if it matters..

Start out with 0.5 mg. Xanax works pretty fast so if that isn't enough you can re dose.With no tolerance and 135lbs it shouldn't take much. Watch your alcohol intake

You will feel 0.5mg but I would say 1mg for a full on first timer experience

take a quarter or a half (0.25-0.5 mg); the first time i ever took xanax i had 1 mg and i was knocked out within the hour, woke up 12 hours later, felt great but you'll have more fun, increase your chances of staying awake to enjoy it and keep your tolerance lower if you start out small. a little goes a long way with these. you can smoke as much bud with it as you want, it won't hurt you, maybe just put you to sleep (sooner). i smoke bud every day and often take a bit of xanax or etizolam on top of it and it's always a good time.

I wouldn't go over 1-1.5 pills your first time. My first I did 1 mg and could barely walk but I still ate another mg that night and was fucked up

But me personally did 1mg the first time and liked it but so you don't blackout I'd do 0.5-.75 mgs

Try not to redose (its hard cuz you don't think your fucked up or don't realize how fucked up you are till you wake up the next day with no weed or Xanax) and good luck

One 0.5milligram tablet of alprazolam with no tolerance and good quality marijuana would give you a fabulous high. Alprazolam is the best benzodiazepine with marijuana IMO.

The weed doesn't potentiate alprazolam but they can have a synergistic effect. Low doses of some benzos can be masked by a strong cannabis high (as they can be quite subtle) but Xanax is not one of the subtle benzos; it packs quite a punch especially if you have no tolerance. I'd take 0.5mg and re-dose in 45 minutes or so if you feel it's necessary. Re-dosing after that is probably not necessary, but can happen quite easily by accident. I'd say with no tolerance you stand a chance of amnesia if you eat all 5 with no tolerance, so make sure you don't do that. Any alcohol will also increase chances of blacking out significantly.

1mg should be plenty, and 5.0mg could be enough, so start with that. Xanax hits quick, in 15-30 minutes, so you can easily re-dose.
