Xanax day before Methadone

ok so I am on a stable methadone dose of 60mg daily. 2 days ago with the current snowstorm I wasn't able to get to the clinic , so I was sick . anyways, I took a 1mg blue xanax at like 7:30pm . I then went to bed and woke up around 6am the next day, made it to the clinic and dosed my 60mg of methadone, Am I in any danger ? or has the xanax already ran its course ? thanks in advance

I think you should be okay since it was a reasonable dose, almost 12 hours apart and you slept it off.

ok! thanks for the information. i do not plan to ever mix these 2 ever again after all the things i have read. but thank you for the fast response .
