Xanax and 6 panel drug test

First does benzos show up on a 6 panel. I took 2mg yesterday and 3mg the day before. I have to take the test no later than Monday. What's the best way to get benzos out? Drink a lot of water? Alcohol?
 
Come on... you've been a member since 2012, you should know better. Drug test questions haven't been allowed for years.
