I know what you mean, but to clarify for others, what is a "dirty" high? Alcohol is far worse for your body than benzodiazepines.
I've tried 6 and I would tend to say no.
^it definately can excite the brain if you override the urge to want to fall off and nod. That shit can make you hallucinate hardcore even...like serious psychedelic shit. I'm dead serious, look it up.
Theoretically speaking, injecting a meth user with Haldol would seriously worsen their comedown, perhaps to the point where they can't wait to get out of there to use meth to help offset the antipsychotic. There was a study done in mice, where Haldol was in combination with a meth overdose, to mimic a typical scenario in hospital, and it irreversibly damaged neurons in the brain responsible for movement. It doesn't mean acute, irreversible tardive dyskinesia, but down the line, who knows. This is inconclusive as their hasn't been any human trials.
Forcing an antipsychotic on a crystal meth user to sedate them isn't necessary at all. Any large dose benzo can knock them out cold (if need be) and it certainly won't kill them. They monitor them for respiratory depression anyway, as they aggressively over-sedate the meth user. Benzos won't cause subsequent hell for the meth user, and should replace antipsychotics entirely, as they also have secondary benefits for serotonin toxicity. Though benzos are sometimes used either alone or in combination with antipsychotics, the demented procedure is often to grab the Haldol first.
.. And you love Thorazine for comedowns? They can numb you and make you neither happy or sad, but although antipsychotics don't specifically target dopamine in the reward pathway, overall reduced dopamine levels would affect every role of dopaminergic neurons, including pleasure, movement, hormone regulation and metabolism, which is seen with all the side effects listed. It should be classed as a dysphoriant.
"Weight gain, diabetes, lactation, gynecomastia, drooling, dysphoria, fatigue, sexual dysfunction, heart rhythm problems and the possibility of tardive dyskinesia, an irreversible movement disorder, are among the adverse events associated with antipsychotic drugs."
That all said, there are people out there who need antipsychotics in order to live their lives, otherwise they can't function at all, so the disabling effect of the drug cancels it out, but this stuff is heavily abused by the system.
Lol, I guess. It was seriously so fucked up what they did. If that was my grandmother I would of fucking killed them, quite literally and slowly. They'll get to enjoy prison rape for the rest of their life so I guess the old saying is true..."What goes around comes around." God karma is a wonderful lady
