Would you consider weed and xanax a good combination?

If you've never done Xanax...hide them from yourself when you take all you want to take lmfao...You will want to take more...then you'll want to take even more...then you'll black out...and then you'll want to take no telling how much more, you'll spend all your money, you'll smoke all your weed, you'll smoke all your cigarettes, and you'll probably go to 3 different fast food joints lmfao...

And then there's the possibility that you'll go into a xane rage and start wrecking shop on anything and everything that gets in your way, get into a fight, and possibly vandalize quite a bit of property...just sayin...if you have more than .5mg and that's all you want to take...hide it...and then make sure you tell your friends to not let you drive to go get more lmao...

It's an awesome combo. While doug is kind of right about going into benzo blackouts, they usually only happen if you've combined a lot of benzos with a lot of alcohol. Small doses, and without combining with other GABAs, can work very nicely with weed. Makes it a lot more chilled out, can increase the high a lot, as well as getting rid of any paranoia. 0.5mg is a fairly small dose, but it should be enough for this purpose. A mistake people often make is taking more because they don't 'feel' anything off it (and then taking even more because of the amnesia making you forget how much you've actually taken), but benzo effects can be very subtle.

Xanax can help with any anxiety/paranoia brought on by weed, and the two can be a nice combination, but if it's your first time trying it then it would probably be best to have it on it's own.. partly because you don't know how sensitive you are going to be to benzos. If you combine it with weed too you might become too sedated.. Also, as a general principle, I think that the first time you try a drug it is best to do it on it's own so that you can get a proper feel for the effects and gauge what dose is right for you.

I would definitely avoid any other CNS depressants such as alcohol as they potentiate each other which can be risky, and as Doug says your judgement can become very impaired so you can easily end up taking a lot more than you intended to!

weed and xanax will get you high. They combine well and get you higher than each alone.

enjoy...

i think this has been answered sufficiently with HR info rather than it being subjective opinions:) we steer away from threads asking opinions of drugs and combo's so i'll close this now.
