Would kappa opioid desensitization increase the enjoyable effects of marijuana?

According to this study, the euphoric and dysphoric effects of THC are mediated by mu and kappa opioid receptors. Would desensitization of the kappa receptors ameliorate the dysphoric effects of THC and leave the euphoric effects intact? Has anybody used a kappa agonist (salvia probably) daily for a period of time and found their marijuana high changed? I would probably experiment myself with salvia but my mu opioid system is completely fucked from my drug use.
 
Yes. You know how if you take a good amount of acid then smoke weed it's much more psychedelic, same with XTC, the weed is this minor impersonator exaggerator. Salvia is pretty much the same, if you fuck yourself up from using a lot of salvia, the weed will have a much more salvinoric effect than it used to, you may also get salvia flashbacks more often, etc. Oh, I mean no.

wow I love some of the conversations in here so much knowledge to gain I never knew about the kappa opioid agonists receptor its an dysphoric receptor, this makes perfect logical sense cause when I try ed salvia it was like smoking weed except weed is definitely more intense I just wonder why some people drool on themselves while on it I never became instant stupid

Your weed is more intense than salvia? Ok either I need some of that weed, or you need better salvia...

Salvia always puts me into an alternate dimension.
