Would it be safe to take my nightly benzo?

At 12:00-1:00pm I took...

10mL Delsym (DXM extended release)
400mg Tagamet
20mg hydrocodone
10mg oxycodone

Any danger taking 15mg temazepam 10 hours after taking the above?

I'm not sure what you mean by "if u asking"

Do I need it? Well not at the moment but the time I would be taking it isn't for another 3 hours and I have a daily tolerance of 15mg.

With respect to your opiate dose and personal tolerance, how much did you take of them? And, do you take the 15 mg temazepam at bedtime regularly?

Yes I take 15mg every night minus the odd day here and there and have been for a couple months but I was taking them 3-5 times a week for about a year prior. I took all of what I listed and the opiates amount is my current dose but I don't always add in the DXM and Tagamet, the Tagamet I rarely take. I do opiates once a month but I'm a regular kratom user.

I would think, based on the information above, you can take your regular 15 mg temazepam tonight w/o worrying, if the opiate experience was pretty much like it usually is at that dose.
