Cocaine Would dissolving cocaine in water for insufflation pose less risk if one has a sinus infection?

I’ve had a sinus infection for months and haven’t been able to use anything. Wondering if dissolving in water and pushing with a syringe (water lining) would be any safer?

The few times I’ve insufflated something while having this infection (fucking stupid), it made it exponentially worse.

Mainly cocaine and ketamine
