It depends on what you mean. The worst potentially addictive drugs would have to be opiates with Heroin and fentanyl at the top of the list. Those would also be the worst addictions financially speaking. The physical and menatl detox from these is really bad but short.
Though cocaine isn;t physically addictive, the psychological addiction can get quite costly and life consuming.
Benzos are very addictive. Potential for physical dependence is definately high though maybe not quite as high as opiates. Detox from benzos is hell and lasts forever. Chronic withdrawal symptoms can be felt for up to a year. Accute withdrawal can be deadly. The only good thing about a benzo habit is that it's very cheap to maintain.
Ketamine: Low potential but imo the very worst as far as painful detox goes. I would say it could definately be deadly. Seizures are not uncommon.
^^All of that comes from my personal experience. I have never been addicted to alcohol but I know that alcohol detox is probably the most painful and deadly detox that we know of. Potential seems to be relatively low though. I know a bunch of drunks that never experience any hard detox when they stop. I know a couple that almost died.

Hmm, Ketamine has a low potential for addiction but benzos have a high potential for addiction? How many times have you done Ketamine, once or twice?

for me its gotta be GBL/GHB.
ive done it all, opiates, coke, meth, alcohol....and GBL easily takes the cake.
its partially due to the fact its dirt cheap and always around though.

OK let me break it down
Tell me what ya think is the most physically addictive
second mentally addictive

Ketamine has a low potential for addiction but benzos have a high potential for addiction?
What part of that do you disagree with? Do you think K has a high potential cause it doesn't. PLenty of people do K recreationally and never have a problem with addiction. The few people that get comepletely out of control with it develop physical dependence. It happened to me so that answers your "How many times have you done Ketamine, once or twice?" question.
Do you think benzos have a low potential? Some might. My arguement here is probably weak. That is my opinion though.

I think he's saying that K doesn't have the higher potential for addiction because it's not as available as benzos.. if i wanted to get addicted to benzos, I could pull that off. I could never acquire enough K to get addicted. But I'm pretty sure that if I had a kilo of chinese K, I'd eventually be in bad shape.

Can you be a little more clear about what you mean by "Worst"?

"PLenty of people do K recreationally and never have a problem with addiction."
Well he is saying that a whole lot of people do K and never have a problem with it. I guess if you are just snorting little bumps at a rave then you won't get addicted. If you snort massive lines or IM it then I don't think this is the case. I guess the question is little too vague for me to understand. Do you mean physical addiction, psychological addiction, average amount of time from first exposure to development of dependence, etc? Route of administration has a whole lot to do with it too.

I have to go with Nicotine as well, ugh, Im a smoker and I hate doin it, pfft I need to quit.
