STILL got brain zaps stemming from a Mephedrone habit & single session of 5-MAPB.
They are much less serious but still come on regularly, always in the morning when waking up. They can still be mitigated by Omega Oils, fish, seeds. Caffeine is a major cause & so are all the artificial sweeteners. It's taken months & months to narrow down the most likely caused. Dehydration also increases the zaps, so does an alcohol hangover.
The last serotonergic stimulant I had was MDEA (flipped with ALD-52) in April 2016. Occassional, light sessions on pharmaceutical amfetamine seem fine, they have not affect on the zaps.
There seems to be less in the way of depression & anxiety than a few years ago & I reckon things are still repairing in there. It should keep getting better provided I stay away from serotonerhic stims. I intend to.
