worried: Took about 12mg xanax in 4 days= W/D?

I am perscribed both alprazolam (for panic attacks) and adderall (for add)

Well i got the very, very shitty 20mg IR pink pills thats been the buzz lately, and I need to take quite a lot to even get some kind of focus (around 60-70mg)

Ive had a bust week so ive been taking them alot, but the problem is is I find myself doing more and more xanax when I start to come down....

I noticed I did alot more than usual and about 12mg in 4 days...

I know benzo W/D usually takes weeks but due to the big amount ive been taking im just worried if I might expierience any kind of W/D....

Maybe some rebound anxiety, or feelings of depression. Sort of like the day after drinking too much alcohol, without the sickness if that makes sense.

I wouldn't worry, Xanax (alprazolam) is a short-acting benzo and will leave your system quickly. 12mg over 4 days (~3mg per day) is not enough to cause a physical dependance, this takes much longer.

You won't experience withdrawal but you may experience some minor rebound anxiety or mild depression.
