I can't smoke before lifting because I use almost all free weights, and I think it would only be a matter of time until I fuck myself up in some way. My coordination gets way off, but that isn't a big issue with cardio unlike weights where you could seriously injure yourself if you are an uncoordinated high man like me. I also can't drive whatsoever, I would never trust myself, so I am guessing other people don't get the same effects I do since the majority of people drive w/ no problems. I just get odd coordination effects that most people don't seem to get for some reason.
But I always do it before cardio, I absolutely hate cardio and doing it stoned is the one way I've been able to do it. Just bring the ipod with me and throw on some insane EDM and good hip hop and it's actually a blast even though cardio sucks.

Like I said before though I don't mess w/ smoking and weights, just smoking and cardio.
