Workout people, do you smoke before running?

I can't smoke before lifting because I use almost all free weights, and I think it would only be a matter of time until I fuck myself up in some way. My coordination gets way off, but that isn't a big issue with cardio unlike weights where you could seriously injure yourself if you are an uncoordinated high man like me. I also can't drive whatsoever, I would never trust myself, so I am guessing other people don't get the same effects I do since the majority of people drive w/ no problems. I just get odd coordination effects that most people don't seem to get for some reason.

But I always do it before cardio, I absolutely hate cardio and doing it stoned is the one way I've been able to do it. Just bring the ipod with me and throw on some insane EDM and good hip hop and it's actually a blast even though cardio sucks. :)

I smoke before legs, back, chest, etc. If I have it I usually do. It lets me tune out my surroundings and really dial into whatever movement I'm doing. I absolutely have to have my headphones, though. Otherwise I'd probably lose focus.

Rarely have I run into problems. (Placing an uneven amount of plates on one side during leg pressing, spacing out during squats)

Pot and strong coffee beat NO Xplode (or whatever $40 stim tub you use) any day.

Creatine is pretty legit, it's the only supp other than protein I buy. Definately not cell tech though, much cheaper/better stuff out there than muscletech
 
i literally just thought about making this a thread yesterday haha. personally i LOVE getting really high and going to the gym. yesterday i took some bong rips, did a full upper body workout and then played basketball for like 45 minutes. when im lifting the weed definitely helps me clear my head and just focus on moving that weight.

also i have a theory since weed is used to medicate pain could it be helpful in lifting? if you can't feel your muscle fibers shredding as well can you pump out a few more reps?
 
Ya that's what I'm wondering. That'd be hard taking a few bong rips, couphing your ass off then having to go work out does not sound like a enjoyable smoke sesh to me. Now smoking after working sounds like it makes alot more sence
 
Marijuana after exercise was great, as the exercise gave me a very mild pot-like euphoria on its own and the weed helped me relax. However, weed gave me a lot of paranoia. It's not just the weed, but it's a 100% chance that weed is the main cause and continues to be (before I did anything else, even). So now I don't exercise or go out AT ALL
Weed is garbage to me now, but I still can't quit. I can quit alcohol, cigarettes, amongst a few other drugs I use often (at least for a few days), but not weed.

It's not a smoke session when it's used like that, it's an exercise supplement. All I know is when I do high intensity cardio, it SUCKS. But if I smoke before hand, it sucks a lot less. Smoke before and then smoke after. =D Like I said before though I don't mess w/ smoking and weights, just smoking and cardio.
 
Plenty of threads already on this - the general concenous from all the ones I've read were "yes, I do smoke, and it helps at the gym". Me, though, it doesn't - I want to be sober when I am holding 205lbs above/near my head.

You may even want to try giving Steroid Discussion a look - a lot of material there is NOT about steroids, and are just serious about staying fit.
