So I take a 30 mg Vyvanse (7.5 mg d-amp total) on random days. I'd like to run while on my dose. I'm a 130 lb male, 19 yrs. I smoke tobacco, but not weed. Anyone have experience lifting, running, doing pushups, situps, etc. on stims AND is a smoker of tobacco? I have no health problems and never have.

I know I'd have to eat more food, drink more water, and watch my HR and BP. Obviously, amps and cigs prevent food wanting, but my theory was that I could break the muscles easier while excercising on amps and then next day have them repair (take NO amps), then next day take amps (again 7.5 mg d-amp) and excercise.....

Experiences?

Hm. I am not sure that's a very good idea because how long do you want to keep doing this for? To build up and maintain the muscle you create, you will probably have to keep doing this "forever". And eventually this will have detrimental effects on your heart and brain. Also the amps will make you less hungry and you need to eat loads of protein to build muscle. I think you will just end up loosing weight instead of bulking up.

you have to eat a bunch more to make/keep your gains because your body is in overdrive. its good for strength during, but you wont maintain that mass or strength unless you force yourself to eat just as much (if not more) than you usually do. this is hard on strong stimulants. i dont recommend even moderate doses of amphtamine and cardio, seems risky. I personally would leave the ampetamine and cardio out until you gain a little muscle mass, 130 is kind of meager. Lifiting is fun on adderall IME, but eating is not and therefore it is odten counterproductive. Maybe try a 3x a week strength training program based around compound lifts, and force yourself to eat as much as possible.

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to try working with the amps and smoking weed after to get some appetite. Can someone point me in the direction of a decent training program? Also, what's best to eat/how much to eat?
