Working Out and Adderall

Hey,

Ok, I love going to the gym and trying to make gains in weight. The problem is, I take adderall during the day for work/recreational, and whenever I return to the gym, I always feel much weaker. Hence, I am not making the consistent gains I should be.

Does anyone take Adderall consistently, as well as, workout? Is it possible to do, or do I need to sacrifice the Adderall usage8) Thanks.

I used adderall to cut in high school. So why don't you go for definetion and just try to keep up the protein and creatine intake. Higher reps, less weight if you gotta
 
There's absolutely no room for Adderal in bodybuilding..Nothing, except maybe AIDS and alcohol is more catabolic than amphetamine salts...

I used to take heroic doses and adderal/dexedrine and workout....It raises cortisol which eats muscle, effects sleep and hydration, and murders your appetite...

If you can limit your use to once a month, then it can be effective..or as a cutting agent
