I swear my favorite thing to do while rolling is breath. Sounds weird but next time you do just breath in through your nose reeeeeally deep and slow expanding your chest really high, then let out through your mouth slowly fluttering your lips. Incredible. Have a friend lay on the floor and tell them to do that and as they let out the breath whisper slowly in their ear "There goes all your cares, now you're free" It works!!
Having a male whisper in my ear when I'm rolling kinda irritates me. Having a girl whisper in my ear gets me hot as fucken hell lolllll.
