^It's doable if you stay on top of it and know what you're doing...and the kind of "car" you're living in makes a huge difference...
It's not for everyone, and I understand that, but there's a long tradition of people doing it who aren't "bums" was the point I was getting at..Most people without family to fall back on are only a few paychecks away from living in their cars these days! If you don't pay the bills for 60 days or so...bye bye! Sorry!
It's funny PFH, I remember starting a thread here a long time ago about having issues with my girlfriend because we had no car, she worked a few hundred yards away and I basically had my hands tied because everything is this city is spread out and the public transportation sucks!
Anyway, in this town having a car is more important than having a place to live in a lot of ways...if you were forced give up one of them for some reason
I try to avoid threads that mention this shit these days...but yes, I have extensive experience living in cars, and there's certain types of females that are very drawn to it, mostly hippy-dippy chicks between 18-25....I've met some gorgeous, intelligent girls who had their shit together when I was living in my car...in fact, my current girlfriend of almost 7 years is one if them!
If you're an attractive guy and not putting off "creepy vibes", you have just as much of a shot as anyone else at female companionship, maybe less of a chance at an " actual relationship", but who's to say what circumstances you'll fall in love under?
For some chicks, I know it's a deal breaker right off the bat, but they're not necessarily of a "higher quality" IME...
