Of course no info on whether they tested the "bath salt", which could have said if the chem was the source of the infection, or if it was the needle, that fluid used to dissolve the chem, or bacteria on her skin if she failed to sterilize the injection spot.
Of course, the powers that be WANT a scary headline that seems to imply the chem was to blame, even though it sounds like they have absolutely no idea.
In fact the idea seems highly unlikely. I mean, what component would be used in the manufacture of say MDPV or Mephedrone or whatever that would have any likelihood whatsoever to contain this bacteria? And don't major steps in the synthesis involve alcohol and other solvents and/or high heat all of which should be quite bactericidal?
Which of course the article does not lift one single syllable to discuss.
