Staring out the window
At the dark star-filled night
A shooting star flashes by
And falls away from sight.
If I were given three wishes
I would bless them all to thee
Because no wish in the world I would want
If you would ever leave me.
My heart would stop beating without you.
My breath would be torn away.
I would lie down to sleep at night
And watch the black turn into gray.
Today"I like you" would be wrong;
I would never tell such a lie.
The truth is that I love you,
And without you I'd surely die.
