" your motivation, drive, and willingness to put a huge effort into something depend largely on the health of your brain, including your levels of the neurotransmitter dopamine. You need to have sufficient levels of dopamine in you brain to achieve maximum performance in life. Without it, you tend to get run down and feel dull, indifferent about the life you once loved, and less motivated all around. If you have smoked, done drugs, drank alcohol or coffee, or consumed other types of stimulants throughout your life, it is important to note that such addictions, or habits, trigger the release of dopamine in the brain every time you indulge in them. Over time, this seriously alters your brain cells, which results in a severe deficiency in dopamine with time. When this happens, which it undoubtedly has to more of us than not, you become lazier, less driven, less courageous, and less open to the energy of life."

Can´t agree more with you in the first part. But can not understand how "Mucuna pruriens" can change the nature of the endorphin blockage..
