Withdrawing from hydrocodone-serious depression-HELP

Sorry if this thread is in the wrong place. Feel free to move mods.

I have been on hydrocodone for several months for chronic pelvic pain which eventually resulted in a hysterectomy. I am now practically pain free and off the hydro, but have found myself in withdrawal. The physical symptoms liked chills and nausea are bearable, but the severe depression is debilitating. I am already on an anti depressant. I also take klonopin for anxiety. How long will the depression last? What can I do about it?

Nice work in getting of the opiates.

Here is some strong info that may give you the answers your looking for. Since you were only on for a short time I expect you will heal quickly. Most people including heavy long term heal in under nine months. I would predict your situation would be much quicker, especially if you promote healing with exercise etc.
