My worst symptom is what I would call restless arm syndrom or even restless body syndrome.

Some ppl complain od RLS but I dont know if thats the same shit.

I will try to describe. This happens to legs and arms. Arms more. It is not bad when Im awake especially when I move. But when I try to sleep this is a problem. It is like as if my nerves get connected to electricity and they affect me by restless. They wont calm down. I uwed tens machine on my wrists and it helped for 50 seconds. So when i try to fall asleep, my body starts to relax and then this...boom. I have to strech my legs and punch my hands real hard for it to go away. Thats my blocking to sleep.

I cry from depression and anxiety, I fight the craving and I take the pain but this is something that I have nothing to ease with.

A hot bath of 30 minutes helps but once I go to bed its back. Benzos dont help.

Any clue what I can use for it if you know what it is?

So this time ago i did some shit. this lack of self control smh. i wanted to get high. drugs available : DPH. i read about it and its a hallucinogenic deliriant. delirium is the opposite of "the shit" is is indeed simply just "shit". Now one of the nasty side effects from it happens to be RLS as you've described. But i went through with it knowing of the horrible experiences recorded cuz im ignorant like that. So unbehold i experience delirium and rls.

why i decided to share this is because i got it in my right arm as well as my leg. i was off the walls pissed off that i had this fucking torturous feeling to just move my leg and arm. so what i did was research it and one guy said he smoked a couple cigs and it went away. man i never thought a cigarette could of saved me from going insane.

The RLS stopped. but not in my right arm... it wasnt as severe tho but i bit the bullet and fell asleep with it.

what i suggest here for you to do is to have a cigarette and maybe take a soma/cataflam/valium. they are all good with relaxing muscles. try that out and see if it works.

tbh oxy Withdrawal is wiked..back in the day that was my doc and i felt like shit more then i felt good..imho i would get restless everything just like how you are describing..alto oxy withdrawl is faster then say Methadone wd it is by far the worst feeling ever..

It's high blood pressure causing pain and restlessness in your body.

The only way to truly end withdrawal is to use an opioid/opiate of some kind, or to wait it out.

My advice to you is to use Loperamide, it's an opioid found in the OTC medicine Imodium. Look for the pills that have the active ingredient Loperamide HCL. About 50 milligrams of Lope is a good starting dose, and it will take a while to take effect but it will help with withdrawals.

Also drink water with the Imodium it tends to dehydrate you.

IME, combined massively high dose cold turkey Oxy & Benzo withdrawal is the worst feeling ever. But as I say, that's just my experience.
