withdrawal question

I have been in withdrawal for two days now when can I expect it to stop. It would be three days but I got some morphine I ived three days ago. Now I'm withdrawing from norco. 10/325 30 to 40 a day habit. I have been taking Alma for restless legs and to help sleep also some loperamide with is supposed to .help with the withdrawal but hadn't helped. So how much time is left

it's hard to say because there isn't enough background info. but if you have been using pretty steady for any length of time you can expect the major WD symptoms to last from 36-72 hours. it will seem like 36 days though as time goes by very slowly. try to drink water, get up and move around, and don't expect to get a full 8 hours of sleep. the best thing to do is take cat naps when you can....30 mins here and there. the acute WD symptoms can last up to a month but they are minor. i don't know how long you have been dependant, or how many times you have been through WD but the only advice i have is just hang in there. i know it seems like forever but just imagine how fast a weeks holiday goes by. if you just keep your mind occupied and hang in there you'll be through it in no time.
 
I appreciate that very much very inspiring. I have been differently keeping my mind occupied. I do fall asleep when I can. This is the second time I have withdrawalEd but at most a few hours
I have been using heavy got five years. Up to 45 a day habit of norco
10/325mg today well be day three but day one I got a shot of morphine at night but I went through the day with withdrawal I did the shot to sleep. Also I think I mentioned I soma been a big help. So major withdrawals should be gone by two more days?
 
Just had a wiered feeling I have been sick all day. Actually for the past three days because of withdrawal. About twenty minutes ago it just went away. All I took was soma for the restless leg could I be past the worst
Or is it just some wierd spell and tomorrow I will feel like shit again.

You might be getting over it; I'm not sure what your DOC is, but if it's oxy, I found that on day 4 or so, its like a switch is flipped in your body and you just start feeling a TON better. Not sure about any other drugs as I haven't had to withdraw from them yet.
 
^Norcos are is DOC, which hydrocodone. I feel bad for your liver, man. I HOPE hope hope that you were doing a cold water extraction, for your liver's sake.
 
The worst part should be over physically but watch out for the post acute WD syndrome.

It will fuck with your head for a long time after the sick is gone so you have to remember that it will get better and don't give in to relapse.

If you are serious about stopping for good you need some outside support. Going to NA meetings is really a good idea in that case. You can't do it by yourself.

of course I used by extracting all the Apap first through CWE. Which I did have a cat scan done a : week ago and totally clean. I found my self real lucky. Also I don't drink any more since I started hydro. You can say switched one for the other. Seems that had always been my MO so to speak. From weed to E, to LSD, to speed or crystal, then weird enough heroin, then alcohol to pills. Meth by far was the easiest to quit. Pills differently the hardest cause they make me also want other drugs like heroin. But I woke up this morning and feel good. Great I guess to how I have been feeling. But still some w/d symptoms but I think I can manage. Now I have spent a hour on my cell to look up PAWS AND I cant find anything on here anyone have a link they can send
 
Thanks for the links I read them. That's some crazy shit. Seems it can really fuck with your mind if your not prepared. Funny thing is I used to get alot of flash back from LSD believe it or not opiates. Stop that from happening. That's why I started. Even though I have a ligit reason to take norco but that's not why I started
