Opioids Withdrawal or Overdose??

hey guys. so ive been an opiate abuser for about 4 months now. my tolerance is at 90mg oxycodone 3x a day. lately when i dose, i feel high for like an hour, then as soon as an hour is up or sometimes up to 4 hours later get extremely nauseous and dizzy, often throwing up. is this overdose? i barely even feel euphoria, minor sedation (3 or 4 nods is alot for me) and its so long after i dose that i should have felt an overdose by then (i sniff them), but those are definitely the symptoms. also, at the 6 hour mark, i feel chest tightness, almost like i cant breathe. could this also be overdose, or more likely anxiety? this is a higher dose than ive ever been at and i just want to be sure. thanks
 
In all honesty it sounds like your body is beginning to become dependant on the Oxy. I have had withdrawls to oxy with similar symptoms as those, but i was taking a much lower dose.
 
If you've been using oxy everyday for 4 months, your almost definitely psychically dependent. However, withdrawal symptoms (especially severe ones like vomiting) do not come on so soon. Certainly not in just 4 hours after using. It takes 12-24+ hours, and 12 hours is on the fast side.

Are you upping your doses at all? Changing your ROA? What you're describing sounds like side effects from doing too much opiates, but with your tolerance.. I don't see how that could just randomly start happening after 4 months.
 
okay. also, is there a certain level where you just get sick from oxy regardless of tolerance? i feel like anything over 120mg at a time, while not overly intoxicating, can make me very ill. or is it because i only wait 8 hours between doses and they stack on top of each other?

Tolerance is very powerful. There is no ceiling for it, at least with the majority of drugs.
