Misc Withdrawal headaches..

Anybody else get these? I'm tapering off phenibut. Down to 400mg. And all day today I've had a splitting fucking headache. I took ibuprofen and it didn't even touch the pain. I have some norcos but I don't wanna take them. Blah.
