So i've been taking pods for about 1 month and 1 week everyday about 12 grams a day. Before that I was chipping for a few months.
So I have stopped numerous times for 2 days then got bored. During this time I usually have felt fine.
On the second day without pods when I went to bed I got a shitty sleep and had this half awake feeling even though I was tired. I also had restless legs. I took kratom during the day and it completely hid the withdrawal. But I woke up at 4 in the morning with restless legs and couldn't sleep. I probably should of dosed kratom but decided to take 1 pod, which led me to take a few more.
So about how many days should I expect to feel crappy at night? I was thinking I could take a very small amount of poppy pod powder only at night to get rid of the RLS. I also have kratom that I can use. The RLS and no sleep really bugs me. Besides that i'm fine.
I was thinking 2-3 grams of poppy pod powder would stop RLS.
Generally i'm fine without having anything and the only irritating part of this whole process is my sleep cycle being messed up. And my appetite doesn't seem to be that great.
Any advice on making this as easy as possible would be appreciated.

When you get anxious, don't forget to try deep breathing when you are first feeling it. I am always amazed at how effective it is when you just concentrate on long slow breaths in and out for a couple of minutes or more.
