Bupe With Valium have effect wile on suboxone?

It's my second day on suboxone I still have sum Valium my doctor gave me for sleep, (blue pills) , will the bupe interact or reject the Valium? And will it show on a drug test because I have to do a drug test in order to get a prescription to take home
