wisdom teeth and the vape?

I recently squired a whip style vaporizer.

We all know after the wisdom teeth op we're forbidden to smoke, but can I vape? Yes i used the search forum.

i hear some people claiming its the smoke itself that's casuing the problems if you smoke post op, so vaporizing will be fine, but the doctor also told me I can't drink out of straws because it causes suction in the mouth and delays healing. So is smoking bad because its smoke, or because its sucking on something? If its the suction, wouldn't vaporizing be just as bad?

I got mine out last friday. Saturday I smoked about 1/3 of a cigar. Don't do it. The suction doesn't really feel good, plus you just don't want shit flying into those holes. On my vape I have to suck considerably harder to get good hits, so I would say definitely not unless you enjoy having dry sockets.

i smoked my bowl a day after i got mine out, and every day after that. once or twice a day. just dont suck too hard like keep the pressure in your mouth low. take a long, deep, even hit. not like i really quick rip

also make sure if you get kottonmouth, keep your mouth wet... dry mouth = clot falling out = bleeding+infection

It's a risk, but I started again the day after. I hear dry socket is one of the worst things to deal with, I wouldn't know.

I had my girlfriend shot gun me hits for the first few... you could try that with your girl or have your buddy pull a bong rip for you but not inhale.

don't think you have much to worry about with smoking....i smoked a bowl the second my gums stopped bleeding.....never got dry socket.....but it doesn't mean it can't happen....just make sure you don't suck on the hose (or bowl) too hard (lol) take a gentle toke hahaha

Wisdom teeth out + vape + nose = win

i heard of dry socket and didnt want to experienc it no matter what after the tooth infection i had!! ahhhhh worst pain in my life - and i have a buldging disc! Although i have heard of ppl pull cones afterwards without worry...

Its the sucking action that can pop the clots. The only bad part about up th nose is it gets a little smelly.. But the high takes away the pain so its totally worth it... Otherwise, make some chai tea!

Well.. I didn't listen to my dr about smoking cigarettes and wound up with fucked up dry sockets... most painful shit ever.. do what you gotta do but cover the tissue with some gauze..
