Keep me asleep, half a bottle of wine, a couple of joints, 2 DHC, a 10mg diaz and a Mirtazapine 15mg and maybe 25mg of seroquel? I could take a Zopiclone as well but don't want to waste them, or my Temazepam, as i've only got 40mg left.

I've nearly finished the wine not feeling that much, took 2 DHC and 10mg valium not feeling much, and smoked a joint. Think i'm gonna take a mirtazapine and 2 more DHC ang 50mg of seroquel. If that fails its a zopiclone next. I need to cut back on the valium at night don't want to become dependant

Yo I know it's too late, but for reference sake I'll chime in. I would definitely exclude the wine, alcohol's good for getting you to sleep, but the quality of sleep is terrible, and waking up mid-slumber is likely (for me at least).

I haven't had much wine half a bottle woulda been having a full one but my neighbour came over and a shared half with him. Just done another 2 DHC and 5mg seroquel, going to roll a joint now

Yeah i usually get a good sleep with mary jane esp after doing other downers or booze.oh and that should have said 50mg seroquel lol think i'm going to be out shortly

Sure would me, shit I just woke up from 1 mg of xanax. I can run with the big dogs on stims, downers on the other hand I'm a lightweight.

ffs I've had that wine smoked weed, took about120mg of DHC, took 50mg seroquel, 15mg mirtazapine, gonna take another 5mg valium and a blue

Ethanol's really bad for getting to sleep. It might seem strange but it does actually keep you awake more than it puts you to sleep. The only way it can "do that" is more of knocking you out unconscious and, as someone up there said, it's of a terrible quality.

Opiates can also keep you awake. Be careful man, that's a great deal of CNS depressants.

Well yeah it'll keep you asleep I'm sure but man go easy with all that downer-mixing, it's not safe in a lot of cases. You can get & stay asleep without having to mix so many downers like that.

I did notice my breathing got heavier after that combo but it done the job in the end. I also kept getting closed eye visuals, like i thought i was still on here and i kept seeing peoples faces, and my tv on when i closed my eyes. could this have been the mirtazapine? Haven't had CEV's in a while

I would just say if you notice it's getting more difficult to breathe or your breathing gets shallow & stuff, just stop whatever it is you're mixing, because it's not worth the risks involved. If you're trying to go & stay asleep, just try a reasonable dose of one thing (like temazepam or maybe seroquel). If nothing works go see a doctor about what else you can try.

I dunno about the visual stuff. I think mirtazapine is an antidepressant but can be a hypnotic too, so that could be what did that. Especially when mixed with other stuff.

Yeah i took way too much, I'll try just taking a seroquel tonight with some booze and a joint. I've had those CEV's before and that was when i was coming off booze, also i'm sure seroquel has caused closed eye visuals on me before as well
