I had an opiate addiction all winter up until like a month and a half ago when I used kratom to get clean with. After about two to three weeks after my initial withdrawals wore away I am fucking around again. This time I am being slightly more cautious by never doing anything two days in a row. This week I took two teens ( oc 15) skipped two days did 2 and a half more teens there is also a day I had just one cant remember which but I have done nothing two days in a row. Now it has been another day and a half and I still have two teens left I rlly want to take. after this I am out and unable to have any more for a long while. I am wondering if because I have done it a couple times this week and my sensitivity to addiction is high if I am in big danger of kicking addiction in.

Well....it seems you already have troubles with opiates...if you keep taking them, you will develod a bad habit sooner or later man... I was like you, trying to lie to myself stupid bullshit like "I will not do everyday and it´s gonna be fine". Well...didn´t worked... it´s simple and plain : if you have a stash you´re going to take it...it´s almost imposible to keep the control when you have those little motherfuckers waiting to be taken...the best way to keep yourself clean is not having those drugs at your reach..it´s my oppinion , sorry man...

Addiction is not a transient phenomenon. Even when you are free of the physical dependence of opiates, the psychological aspect of addiction remains. As I said on a similar post, I think a support system is the key to avoiding a slippery relapse.

Yes, and it will be so much fun in the beginning until you wake up one day to discover that all your money is going for drugs, and you start selling off anything you have to pay for drugs. Then the really"fun" stuff starts as you begin to go to your family and friends checking for any drugs they might have and you take them for yourself. Then more "fun" as you begin stealing things from family and friends that you can sell to support your addiction. AND IT ONLY GETS WORSE.

My advice is to quit while you are ahead.
