I was on probation for about 8 months for a minor consumption. About a month ago I failed a drug screen for marijuana, which caused a violation of my probation. I was then sentenced to do 30 days of home detention which started today. I live in a different county than i did when i started my probation. For my first day of home detention they gave me another drug screen, and i failed for marijuana. They said they had to send the screen to the county that i started probation in. 8( 8( will this cause additional violation? please and thank you for your help..
