Will a minor Oxycodone tolereance affect Hydrocodone tolereance?

Straight forward question ;)
I got Rx'd 50 Percocets (5/325) 2 weeks ago, and blew them pretty fast around 3-5 max a day.(One or two every few hours.)
Got pretty numbed for an hour AFTER just 5 mg, very drowsy at 10 mg, and just side effects at 15 I.E irritation and itchiness.
Tapered down a little after realizing I only had around 15 left last week. Finished off with one(5mg) getting me half as numbed from how it first did when I just started it.
Basically just saying my tolerance built from needing 5mg-10mg for the same (desirable) effects.(In 2 weeks.)

TODAY I'm getting getting an Rx for some Hydrocodone, and I want to know how much of it I'll need to take to roughly get what 10 mg of Oxycodone did. Will I need to take only 10mg of Hydro as well, or will I need 20mg?

Really would like to know so I don't dose up blindly, I'm planning to be more careful with dosing/taking these Hydros.

When starting out on a new pain med with low or zero tolerance, try the lowest dose first.

Some people have an allergy to hydro, so dosing at say 5mg, will give an easier option to finding out if you do. I itched like crazy and rash first time on old Lorcet years ago, but that subsided.

Plus, you don't want to take 15mg off the start because you stated you had irritation with the 15mg of oxy

Everyone is different in how their bodies handle certain drugs. Hydrocodone does nothing for me, but that's because I have been on Opana for a long time now.

Unfortunately me being the oblivious dumbass I am, I forgot to include that a few months ago I took a 5/500 Lortab and got barely anything, in fact I got more from 50mg of Tramadol!
BUT about half a year ago I had around 20 of Generic 7.5/625 Hydros that got me numbed out pretty hard, up to the last one.
Did that 2.5 mg of Hydro really make a difference?
Anways, thanks for the advice :)
I'll just take a normal dose and see where that gets me, I only hope it won't disappoint haha
