Bupe Will 1mg of Subutex block opiates?

Title says it all.. I have a tolerance of 300mg of Oxycodone a day. I took 1mg of Subutex (half in the nose, half under tongue) at 11am. I scored some Oxy after that, took three of them at 2-2:30 but didn't feel much. Although when I took the Subutex, I got zero relief some the w/d I was feeling. I feel a little better after Oxy, but definitely not much. Still bad RLS. Can 1mg of Subutex really block that much? If so, how long do I need to wait so I don't waste the rest of the Oxy?
 
I guess the answer seems to be, yes, it does block the effects some. Things got better as time went on but definitely wasted a few...
 
If I understand it correctly then Bupe is more competitive and has a higher affinity to the mu opioid receptors than Oxy so yes I can imagine bupe would block Oxy.
