Opioids Will 10mg hydrocodone get me high? (First time)

Righto I found a 10mg hydrocodone pill in my room. No clue how it got there but it did. Would taking it get me high. I've got a low tolerance to pretty much everything or would I need to take more? Along side it I found half a pill of orphenadrine (100mg) which is apparently a potentiator of opiates? Maybe whoever was using it to boost the high from the hydrocodone? Any potentially bad interactions that could happen if I took both?
