Anybody have any info regarding this substance? Effects on the brain and body? Any info would be great. Thanks.

Apparently it has activity at GABAA receptors :

used to smoke that stuff with energy drinks. when you are driving things started sliding and there was a nice tranquility to it all. im surprised i just did it few times only
