Why were you prescribed Marinol? Im especially interested in hearing the non life threatening reasons. Anxiety, bipolar etc?

can thc pills be perscribed for bipolar? including cesamet?(this is the strongest of them right?) ?

?

?

i see. but why is this? i mean it isnt real THC or what?

The reason why is because the cannabis plant doesn't have just THC, there are a shitload of other cannaboids in true marijuana which all have a potentiating and cumlative effect on one another.

That's why taking just plain THC isn't as interesting.

ive taken cesamet on its own and it was like eating a bunch of bud. it was definitely a very noticeable high.

Prescription synthetic THC is prescribed to cancer patients who need a boost for their appetite, mood, and pain tolerance. 3 birds with one stone. I've never heard of it being prescribed to people other than chemo patients. I'd be interested to see the list of diagnoses it's acceptable for treating. I bet it's short.

in canada it gets perscribed a lot more commonly. for pain management etc. not just chemo patients

I never had marinol, but when I lived in cali, I got my 215 for being extremely underweight.

Whats a 215, this may be what ima looking for. I kinda fucked up my stomach from shooting smack when i was a lot younger & now the first meal i eat in the day kinda usually comes back up & im pretty skeletal if that will help? =P

Proposition 215 is medicinal cannabis in the state of California. Possession of up to three pounds (cured) + 100 plants per patient is legal. The procedure was simple enough. Make an appointment, tell the doctor your woes, and they print out a certificate.

... It was nice, great bud everywhere, but I really did not enjoy cannabis at the time (I don't smoke at all now).

If only it was that easy to get hella dilaudid via prescription.

the nabilone i tried was from a chemo patient (they preferred the real thing and gave away the pills).
