Why this kind of sweat?

Does anyone else sweat a bit sometimes while high? It's not the kind that one gets after exercising, which is more of a spurt... this is just subtle wetness on the palms e.g.

could easily be a physical manifestation of anxiety or uneasiness, which could have been intensified by smoking a strong sativa

i dont get vry anxious off pot atm so i havent noticed getting sweaty palms etc

I sweat from dropping a .25++ of wax on the nail... But, then again who wouldn't.... lmao
But, palms sweaty does sound more of anxiety.
