Why no serotonin tolerance + MDMA/SSRI'S

GABA ,adrenaline and dopamine boosting drugs sooner of later get increased and opiates to achieve the same feeling.

However you never get people on SSRI'S wanting to up the dose through tolerance. Maybe through results.

Yet if you yum down some mdma pills then try again the next night you can't achieve anywhere near the same high.

So are the SSRI'S designed to and regulated to only release so much and how could that be regulated.

Also although mdma pretty much releases all your serotonin [and possibly blocks re-uptake?] do SSRI's -the newer ones technically work the same......providing more serotonin and as said how is the max amount a company can make a new SSRI ,SNRI. If Anti-d 1 releases more serotonin and blocks more receptors than Anti-d 2 then it would have more feel good factor? How can this be regulated.
