SO why is the shit on the street still heroin? Sure carfentinal is damn difficult to produce but some of these cartels essentially control countries (the FARC) and I am sure they could get the equitment to produce it. Smuggle small amount in sealed countainers into the US and then cut it 4000 times (of course you need to be carefull how well you mix). Easy to smuggle and CRAZY profit. Or something like etorphine if it lasts longer than car.

As for carfentanil it is a fentanyl derivative and is approximately 4000 times more potent than heroin. Just clearing that up for 'blahblahblah' and any other people who decide to post even though they have no idea what they are talking about.
Both carfentanil and fentanyl are Schedule II drugs, so why make both when you can just make one.
