Why it’s time to end the war on drugs

people wanting to experiment with drugs are going to do it whether its legal or not.

Our government still has not recognized this common theme amongst ANY drug user. Fuckin twats.

That is the problem. They have thought it through and concluded that the way things are right now is best for their personal ambitions. It's like that any time some new idea comes to the fore. For those already in power change is never a good thing because change reshuffles the deck and they may not come out on top if that happens. "Status Quo" is the mantra of the incumbent.
 
Interesting article, not that we'll see heroin otc any time soon. This article got me thinking though, what happens with the recreational pharmaceuticals?
 
^ That's a good question, I wonder what would happen if magically drugs became legalized. Would all controlled pharms just be on shelves at pharmacies? "Aisle 5, Tastycakes, Juicy Juice, Oxycodone"
 
This is a frustrating situation.

We had a four party debate on campus last night. I gave a speech against the drug war on behalf of the Libertarians. In the rebuttal and Q and A session, people said some immensely frustrating things. People really just do not understand the basic facts of the issue, and they use so many logical fallacies when trying to make their case.

If everyone were forced to study logical reasoning in school, we would have far fewer problems in life.

I heard the other day that the Rockafeller Entity owns all pharmacys, labs ect.
Have bought up everything. Maybe a conspiracy theory. You can be the owner of a corperation by owning 51% of the shares.. {Greenmailers--Blacknights} But if this is true consider the economic impact, They need to lie to the public and keep them in the dark to continue in profits,,,,, money talks, bullshit walks....Whoever has the most money creates the laws...to protect there interests.. Who really owns the F.D.A. Who really owns the Federal Reserves Bank, and Why is it behind closed doors.. Whenever there is a closed entity it can decieve.... there's to many closed doors in our government...
Like maryjane ,,I heard this was prohibited because of the corperation that created a patent on synthetic rope,{Dupont 1937} Hemp is a fantastic rope, a product of marajawannta.................. Just thinking....
