For example, on my computer, I have a folder called psychedelics. Within that folder are subfolders, like tryptamines and phenethylamines. Within that folder are more subfolders, like 2C-B, mescaline, experience reports, pharmacology...

It is extremely absurd that there isn't a public file system like this that anyone can contribute to. What is the good of me collecting good info on my outdated laptop that no one else sees and then I lose it all in hard drive crash.

There is a larger issue that is afflicting the whole world: people aren't using computers the way they should, in ways that benefit them the most.

what's in the various folders?

It seems like this is more of a general gripe about technology than anything to do with Bluelight.

Also, there are dozens, if not hundreds, of internet archives, as well as limitless capability on the cloud.

People should be allowed to upload files to the site. Not on the forums: the old-fashioned way, the way webmasters do. This way people can get info out there without having to go through the trouble of making a post. We should at least be allowed to upload text documents in this manner.

But there isn't a place for everything. I need a folder tree.
