Hi again,

Well, i just realized it's simply not possible to create new threads in HR though i could still try to "contribute", presumably. After searching for "Economics" (thinking there could be a dedicated one where to post) the diary of an addict or supply & demand was all i got. Nothing that really connects with Harm Reduction vs Economics - and/or vice-versa...

Maybe there's a proper place elsewhere? CD, i guess.
