I'm glad the benzos helped you in your situation, it's so fascinating to see global perspectives here on BL. I'm an American male from a kind of rough/violent area so the concept of an ex stalking me is a problem solved with lead and some methamphetamine, not benzos, if you catch my drift.Years ago I was taking massive amounts of Xanax … my doctor was actually prescribing them. After a couple years of it I started getting really bad panic attacks and had to move. The new doctor said that I was probably getting panic attacks because I was getting inter dose rebound anxiety because Xanax has such a short half life. So he cut my Xanax dose in half and also prescribed me clonazepam because he said that clonazepam has much longer half life than Xanax and it will smooth out the rebound anxiety. He said to take the clonazepam and only take Xanax as needed. It actually really did work.
*However we all have different back stories and I have severe PTSD (and my ex that was stalking me, found out where I was staying so I had to move again) … anyways so I had a lot going on. The panic attacks were definitely 80-90 % slowed down though when I made that switch to clonazepam. lol hope any of that made sense![]()
Have you considered to use stacks of benzos? I've found bromornordiazepam's 3.5 day half-life (~a full week of activity from a single dose) to make a fantastic background for carisoprodol, promethazine, tizanidine, hydroxyzine, flualprazolam, bromazolam, phenazolam, alprazolam, GHB (in the form of 1,4-BDO), and etizolam.
