Why do things that used to turn me on dont anymore?

like i used to like getting my nipples touched but when my boyfriend does it lately it just tickles or feels really gross... it just feels disgusting and uncomfortable. i dont like it when he does it lightly, which i tell him (and he tends to forget), but it still feels gross. i get so frustrated about it, because it used to feel great. when i masturbate, i always have to rub my tits in order to orgasm and that hasnt changed... only during sex its been starting to turn me off when he licks or sucks me there. idk if its him not trying in bed or for some weird reason my sensitivities or have changed
