Why do most dealers not want to deal or even touch with heroin?

I remember past weekend a friend asked a dealer who dealt practically anything if he could get H, and the guy just shoke his head and said, "I dont even want to touch that stuff."
Why do most people distance themselves away from heroin like it has the plauge?

cuz thats not a good drug to deal PERIOD...watch a movie like requim for a dream and you'll see why. I hope no one bitches at me for this but ALOT of junkies use this drug, and when they run out of money, well...shit, they dont have anything else to live for, they are gonna come to YOU for drugs, and may pull a gun or something, would you want strung up junkies calling u to meet in shady places for heroin? fuck no!

Having 1st hand exp with heroin addiction, I never did fucked up shit to get a hit.
And there's a big difference between a user and a junkie, ppls.
 
The real reason that dealers wont touch Heroin is basically the same reason that all the dumb asses on Bluelight bag it, because of its reputation. I have known people who handle large quantities of pills every night, deal speed to school children but even mention Heroin to them and they say WTF, that stuffs evil, i wont sell it, they've never tried it, they claim that they never want to try it because they KNOW that it is bad, just like all the responses here, "Stay away from the shit", Its evil. Well heres a question for you, How the fuck can a drug be evil?? Its your responsibility to watch out for yourself, dont blame a drug for your addiction, it is your fault.

Plenty of dealers have heroin - the thing is, most "ravers" and "clud drug" dealers don't stock it.. as I have said many times, it's the CIRCLES you run in...
When I was getting into my drug use, I would roll my ball of the e bean rolls.. I would fall in to k-holes with the strawberry flavored kitty kitty.. I would go get skeeted with uncle charlie and would tweak with that bitch crystal - but for the life of me, heroin seemed to be so elusive... but then I realized that most ravers are retards, I stopped turning my brain to mush and diversified ...
Well, now the after-parties I went to were a little differn't.. they were not half the club packed into Limmo-Tom's house (CFL kids might know who that is) with jungle blasting as people openly trade pills for bucks and pass blunts... now my after parties were spent in a dark apartment, the music was chill, the crowd was older.. instead of consuming 87 differn't types of amphetamines, we enjoyed heroin - now these people were still with me earlier at club, dancing alongside the kids that are currently at Toms's House of Babes, but we all ended our night of fun on a nice opiated cloud..
Back at Tom's house - someone shows up with drugs, hell, every few minutes someone is pulling out a bag of some pill, leave, or powder.. everyone is running around the house as if they are high on meth - wait, they are all high on meth... there is a lot of yelling, some guy without a tee-shirt dances in place as he says "god damn these groovers are the fucking bomb, it's gunna be $25 because my boy gave 'em to me for $23 before we left the club but if you want some G I will give you the beans for $23.45 each and a cap for only $6 but it's worth more then normal G because this is the sodium G and not that potassium crap some people sell" ..
Meanwhile back at Castle Serinity, we have Chris and myself playing Resident Evil on the play station when there is a gentle knock at the door... Heather gets up and opens the door - it's our dealer! We comes in and sits down, pulls out his leather Atache, "how many ya need?" he asks.. some money changes hands, and he leaves ...
Now, through the week Tom's house is flowing with traffick as the strippers that all gather there spread theuir joy and good spirits (as well as their legs) ... the Castle is silent ...
Over time I traded in my regular use of other drugs for the yummy warmth offered by heroin - well, it was then that the doors began to open to the world where heroin moves...
Read the responsesto this thread - you will see many people are simply ignorant, moronic, and stupid when it comes to heroin... they think it is some deadly poison that can't be used responsibly - do you think these people are going to HAVE heroin? Do you think these people are going to know where to get heroin? NO! To these people, the only place heroin can be found is on the street cornors where junkies suck cocks for the chance to poke themselves with a rusted needle full of AIDS tainted blood...
For me, heroin is easier top come by the marijuana - if you asked me to get you a sack of pot, well, I would have to call 5 or 10 people before I found someone that might be able to get some... it's a drug that people are simply not open with their use, so word of mouth doesn't travel as fast as it does when we are talking dank kind budz ..
But lets explore this even further...
"I heard people don't deal heroin because you will get in more trouble for selling heroin then any other drug" In some areas you will find that the sale of heroin comes with stiff penalties, but it's a C-I drug, same as a whole shit load of other drugs... the reality is that if you get caught selling a few packets or a 10-pack of rolls, you're probably looking at about the samething... but then we have my favorite of all the heroin myths:
If you get caught selling heroin, each bag/hit counts as one charge of attempted murder! .. this is a somewhat twisted version of some agressive prosecution that was sweeping the nation a few years ago - this was in like the mid 1990's, they were finding people that had fatally overdosed on heroin then charging the dealers with manslaughter.. this does NOT mean that if you get caught selling heroin you will be charged with anything related to manslaughter, in fact, MANY of those convicted had their sentences either reduced to mear poss/distro or at worst trafficking... many were commuted ..
It's a drug that, once you get to be firmly apart of the subculture, you will have no problem finding it!

um, whoever said 'cos heroin is run by the mafia and dealers dont want to deal with them' or whatever.. i think thats boolshit, cos the same guys probably handle cocaine.
if you ask me why heroin is fucked up id say cos only 40% of people who go to rehab will successfully get off it, the rest cant stand the withdrawl. the ones who do become smack free, are prescribed methadone daily to ease them selves off it - so imo they become methodone junkies. these guys will slowly be getting decreasing doses of this, and ive met plenty of guys who are in this situation and say shit like "oh im an ex-smackhead of 8 months and im on 25ml/day methadone".
the 40% statistic i gave you is a Dutch one, for comparison 90% of cocaine users manage to kick it at rehab, though they are more prone to eventually relapse - maybe cos they havnet been through as much shit as the skaghead?
i do think if education was better and the heroin was clean, it wouldnt have such devastating effects. the way it is just now though is that its assosiated with junkies, cos most users are junkies. where i live 86% of homeless people use heroin, so that probably doesnt help its image much either. though like PhreeX said, most responsible heroin users are likely keep it in the closet.
 
just my 2 cents. dealers who wont touch hammer id say has to do with the fact that you get caught with some coke on you ppl read and might say hey the guy had some coke

same with speed and you might get a big grin with being caught with some pills. But imagine when reading about being caught with heroin. You r the scum of all scum. ppl would stare at their family members anbd so forh and so on............ fuck its the rep the drugs got ffs.
with the mafia thing they got there noses in it now. they were against narcotitcs years ago but sicilian processed heroin was going to new york from the 80's till a few years back
 
Exactly PhreeX, herion is a drug that gradually gets easier to get hold of,better deals but initially (for me anyway) It wasn't easy.
Like all of society there are many different types of herion users. I know plenty of people (both male & female) who will whore their ass to get a taste, but I've been using for 5 years, & have never even considered it. I've always worked, I've got plenty of 'straight' friends & you would never guess to look at me that my all time favorite activity is to stick a needle in my vein & get high.
My dealers have always apprieciated my descresion & consequently I dont get fucked around,well not often.They dont sell to kids, dont hang out in alleys, dont have gapping sores, y'know they're just people, no gold chained gangster pimps -more like your next door neighbour.
So moral of the story -DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE

recently they had massive articles in favour of the legalisation of drugs. unfortunatly i think they have now put it in the members archive. oh and no, im not a member.. for a while it was public.
see i dont make up statistics, i merely round them off and retain them well.
the exact figures were:
cocaine: 91% - 93%
heroin : 38% - 42%
but i agree, the reputation assosiated with heroin is scummy fuckup. thats why noone knows ill probably be getting some for next weekend.
 
All statistics used in favor of drug legalization are as equally bullshit as statistics used to impose harsher drug penalties.
Completely worthless non-applicable bullshit made up to support some half-ass researched cause that the supporters know NOTHING about first hand anyways.
I have no formal education on narcotics and all I know is I could school every rehab counselor I ever had. I could school any Libertarian faggot. And I won't even mention a right-winger, because anyone could school some old grandpa conservanazi faggot on anything.
 
Just wanted to add this b/c it pisses me off...statistics don't *have* to be made up to show things in a certain light. It's all about what you ask, who you ask and under what methods you look at the information. Unless the stats include this, you are only getting about half the picture. :P
