One time I got really mad cause I almost beat a mission on a game that I tried to beat for about an hour and then the timer almost ran out cause I was defending something one second left and I died. I had to restart and freaked out, and then I scratched my face and tried to rip myself apart and then accidentally slammed my thumb into a little hard thing on my chair and it hurt a lot and I thought it was broken and then I realized how much everything else hurt. I didn't draw any blood and I was trying to stop myself and I think I kind of did because it didn't cause any real damage. But every time I get mad I claw at my face and I don't know how to stop.

Feelings are intense hun.
No one talks about them....there is little attention toward how you feel; yet, in knowing them, you are made more powerful.
Always, strive to know more about them. They are important; despite what people tell you -- they are a key to confidence and empowerment.
Though, they can be overwhelming, remember they are like the weather, and you have a degree of mastery over them - as you can be aware of them.

It sounds to me like you have very low self esteem, I have the same problem and I've been working on it. Low self esteem is often correlated with repressed anger, it seems your low self esteem causes you to blame yourself and direct the anger at yourself.

I'be learnt that it's OK to make mistakes, nobody is perfect and even the smartest most capable people make the same stupid mistakes as everyone else. You shouldn't blame yourself for being a flawed human just like everyone else. Remember when you screw things up it's only because you're just a normal person, just like everyone else. There's nothing wrong with you, learn to love yourself and don't take things so seriously. Focus on the good things, nobody gets things right the first time.

You almost beat the mission, focus on that. It doesn't matter that you failed, all that matters is you almost won, and now you've learned a little bit more and you're ready to try again and you'll do a little better each time. You need to lose a few times to learn how to win, keep focusing on that goal and persevere. Failure is something to learn from, but winning is what you should focus on.
