Heroin why do i get so sick every time i snort heroin?

the title says it all and by sick I mean not w/d sick just sick like clogged nose and chest, i relapsed this past monday and teusday snorted 2 bags on monday and 2 on tuesday been clean since january. It is now thursday and has been exactly 2 days since i did any dope and my nose is still somewhat clogged and i can still feel it in my chest. smoking ciggs taste horrible, thats how i know im still not 100%. I still feel as if i am recovering from a cold, why does this happen every time i snort dope?

I am not naive when it comes to opiates been using on and off for years now, i know how w/d works i have also been on subs maintenance since january (2mgs a day). I dont know why snorting the stuff cripples me and makes me so fuckin sick wheras I never felt this way after IV use I just dont get it. i should also note that i took no suboxone for a full 24hrs before my relapse so i planned it out. so once again it has been a full 2 days and my nose is still clogged and my chest still fucked... i actualy made a thread way back in october about me getting severe RESPIRATORY DEPRESSION every time i snort maybe i am alergic to the stuff as someone said, but if thats the case then why does IV use not do this to me?

and yes i snort little bumps at a time, spaced out like 20 mins. I probably wont feel 100% until a week or so from now... a full week to recover from snorting 4 bags of dope? thats not right
 
Have you snorted a lot of substances in your lifetime? It may be damage to your nose and the fact that some heroin is going into your lungs every time you snort some powder. I would get that sometimes when snorting a lot of meds or H and with heroin the cut they use can be a big factor too. Even if you haven't snorted for a long time your nose is still most likely weakened with permanent damage from insufflation cause your nose never really heals right mainly due to the "environment"in your sinuses not being the best place for healing to take place.
