So I have noticed that when I am in withdrawal (from benzos or opiates or anything for that matter) that I feel extremely thirsty and hungry. I will eat and drink so much all day and it will never satisfy my hunger or thirst but as soon as I take my drug that I am withdrawing from in this case right now it is benzos, alcohol and phenibut (I take all three every day) that my hunger and thirst goes away. Why does this happen to me? It's almost like my body thinks drugs are food and water and when I have them I feel full. Does anyone else get this reaction? This is extremely strange to me. Whenever I start to feel extremely thirsty and hungry even though I am eating and drinking a normal amount I now know that it is withdrawal setting in. I have no idea why this happens to me and I've never heard anyone mention anything like this to me.

That is strange.

What I do know is that using a combination of benzos, alcohol & phenibut daily is going to give you a lot more to worry about than your appetite. If you suddenly withdraw from these drugs you will have a seizure, there is absolutely no doubt. You are slamming your GABAA & GABAB receptors with full agonists on a daily basis. You need to rethink that strategy. Probably the single worst combination I could think of in terms of withdrawals.

I know it is a terrible thing to be using all 3 of these drugs daily. I have terrible anxiety though and this combination completely annihilates it. I find that benzos don't relieve my anxiety enough and they leave me slow and stupid. Phenibut relieves my anxiety but it doesn't last long enough (it also eliminates the bad effects of the benzos) so I figured I'd combine the two and now my anxiety is non existent. The alcohol is just added in for fun/euphoria because I get no euphoria from benzos and phenibut, just anxiety relief.
