Why do dealers all seem to have such a fucked sense of timing?

I hate having to drive to neighboring towns to get what I need. If one thing doesn't help with my paranoia, its trying to locate a dealers house in an unfamiliar neighborhood. Looking like your obviously lost can result in somebody reporting a "suspicious vehicle/suspicious activity" to the cops. May God have mercy on you if you're in a 1-horse town where cops are bored and eager to bust anyone who seems out of place.
 
Well, basically because all the stuff depends on so many variables related to other unstable drug addicts on the way.
 
You should ride around with them for one day and see why some of them do that.

I've seen it from both sides. It's 100 times more stressful then you think AND the stakes are much much higher.

Try selling dope in a drought during an ongoing multi-agency cross border operation.
