All of a sudden I start getting visuals and spirits talking to me and it was rather upsetting as it was so unexpected..
Can anyone explain what happened to me that time?..

This sounds really interesting.
I love psychedelics, but don't know much about psych medicines too much.
Were they strong visuals? Could you compare them? Say to DMT, or more like LSD?

How much quetiapine did you take?

Mixing opioids with antihistamines (of which quetiapine, at low doses, is one) can certainly produce a visual, "dream like", experience.

I've only heard of this sort of stuff with people shooting tapentadol. Course, rarely people have hallucinations from morphine too. I don't know. Ask the people in ADD imo.

You may be hypersensitive to the quetiapine or the heroin. As someone said before the quetiapine can produce dream like feelings at lower doses & will be somewhat synergistic with the H. The quetiapine also could be a deleriant at higher doses as most anti-histamines are. Also as rare as it is there is a possibility of having a bad reaction to opiates that produce psychedelic like effects. I remember years ago a friend of mine's grandmother was scripted Vicodin, just the regular 5/325mg ones or whatever the smallest dose one are & she had very strong psychedelic reaction to them. Around a half hour after her first dose she was telling anyone who would listen she felt funny, which we all just chalked up to her having not used any opiates in many many yrs. Well about an hour after her first dose she started to freak out yelling at my buddy's mom for "letting the painters in to work at night". At this point everyone realized something was definitely not right with her, when we asked her about the painters she got really agitated that we could not see the "little Italian painters" & claimed that we were messing with her. Then when she realized we really weren't seeing what she was, she became very scared & began to cry uncontrollably. At this point we were all fearing for her safety so her family took her to the ER. Not sure what they did to her at the ER, probably knocked her out with benzos till the hydrocodone wore off. But the doctors told her family that it was a bad reaction to the hydrocodone. So although rare an experience like yours is not unheard of.

I've taken both substances before seperate and I think my reaction to them is normal..
I don't really see what the big deal is about heroin but it keeps me calm and nodding at high doses is fun..
I ussually don't feel anything from seroquel so this was unexpected..
nor am I able to get high of antihistamines, I've tried..
