there is no reason a pregnant woman can't work unless she has a high risk pregnancy and her doctor insists that she not work for her health n the baby's.
when preg a million yrs ago i walked to and from work (2 miles each way) and was on my feet constantly at work. i had a very easy delivery and my doc said walking totally helped.
gotta take care to get enough sleep and have good nutrition but working was lots easier while pregnant than returning to work after was...
